Michelle Dolan, an Air Force veteran who dedicated 11.5 years to service, has transitioned her military medical expertise into a flourishing nursing career. 

As a medic, she delivered vital care in the Intensive Care Ward in Afghanistan and played a key role in emergency services at Bagram Airfield. 

Following her military tenure, Michelle pursued further education at Duke University, obtaining a Master of Business Administration and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing. Her emergency and day surgery background has equipped her with diverse skills. 

In her current role as a PACT Care Manager at Charles George VA Medical Center, Michelle has skillfully applied her combat experience and healthcare acumen to improve the care of Veterans, demonstrating a commitment to excellence and empathy that resonates deeply within the Veteran community.
